    Whats with Pelorus Property Group ?
    Less than 2 years ago Pelorus purchased a property known as Bakehouse Quarter and a number of smaller properties from some of their directors. This at a time when the market was falling. And without a current valuation.

    Now, when it looks that property is at or near bottom, the company is privatising the same property.

    Does this mean they are contrarians?
