so it looks like you are going to have some thinking to do as a shareholder - the directors etc - want to take the bakehouse asset private again - i.e. buy it back at a lower valuation than they sold it to the company - i.e steal the asset.

perhaps you will be given an opportunity to join them in the private company? but then you would have to trust that they would treat you fairly, how likely is this, given their track record?

but if you don't join them in their private company, they steal the asset of the company from you.

so what do you do?
