this de-merger seems a little strange to me.
lots of paper shuffling, and l see they are awarding themselves millions of shares in the deal [ hidden away ] but there are no valuations or indications of what value will be created or why and l just dont see how the average shareholder will be better off.
can someone explain what we will get and what will be its value?
if assets are trading at a discount now, why will trade trade higher under a new name, including all the expenses and bonuses paid out along the way?
