someone bought 9m shares at 017 and as soon as it was completed a buy of 10m shares at 016 appeared. Assuming that is the same person or entity they will have bought 2%. If they are existing holder we could see a change in sub holder statement once 10m gets filled. $300k investment is a fair vote of confidence! I dont quite understand the strategy though, why wouldn't you buy in smaller parcels to try to get them cheaper
