Heks - i don't think it's being capped it's just a myth...
they need to start delivering it's been a long time, very good at talking the company up & achieving objectives that really are to date only stated achievments, nothing yet delivered to increaee shareholder value, quite the opposite actually with sharholders positions diltued by over 50% in the past 12 months without an option to participate & adjust the dilution (unless of course you want to buy straight from the placement & deliver them ST gains) - all the placements have been at a significant discount to market with further incentives attached to further lower the entry price, both placements have also been progresively lower as the share price has continued to wane. I'm not sure about PoS's stab at funds buying in as volumes have been extremely low & to date the only funds or SI's that have entered have been through the heavily discounted placements, sure one has added a bit here & there but majority of low volumes would be retail imo.
They need to start delivering past just talking the book up.
2012 should be the year but hey we've said that before lets hope it plays out.
