In your experience, could a company with a great resource, a track record of solidly hitting goals, with a well-respected leadership team, secure funding and happy, loyal, in the money shareholders still be at risk of manipulation and low ball takeover bid?
Or would it just be next to impossible for the bidder to coordinate it?
Is HCH unlucky, or is this the result of a very long history of declining returns? Truly curious for your or anyone else's opinion.
