Well take out GC 10% and the balance of t20 holds 43%.
No doubt there are a few parties who r closely aligned to CE and would take CEs lead, and that's probably about 20% to 25%.
The balance of 18% to 23% is the unknown here, but safe to say some of them will be happy to sell their shares.
Personally I expect GC to get most of their shares from frustrated retail holders who wanted an exit.
