It went ex-div on the 31st.

Comsec doesn't display the correct fundamentals for this stock, no div even listed even though it's actually about 10 % at this price. Two reasons for this. Firstly BBC are a new listing as of mid 07 so they just haven't caught up with them. Also this was a kind of takeover, or merger, with a previous listing so the previous fundamentals are lagging onto this entity which is quite different though.

They get their stuff from Aspect Huntley, and a lot of others also use them.

I'd say with the fundamental data being out of whack that this stock would be being overlooked by the usual buyers, it won't come up in a scan for income stocks.

Div is not franked but deferred.

After looking into this it appears that growth is pretty limited, they are only looking at buying a small percentage of units each year, units being their basic income generator.

(I bought on the IPO, mistake, sold prior to ex-div expecting this fall - hence my interest. Won't touch another Comsec IPO)
