RESEARCH PROJECT PROPOSAL:
The exact nature of the work will depend on the student’s interests and what exactly the Phosphagenics staff
are doing at the time. However, a number of projects are available, including but not limited to:
1. Young/Weaner Pig Feed Efficiency study – available until the end of November 2015
2. Older Grower/Finisher Pig Feed Efficiency study – available until the end of February 2016
3. Dairy Cattle studies (immune assessments: somatic cell count assessments, milk quality & fertility benefits) – available from January 2016, ongoing for 12 months
4. Poultry Feed Efficiency Studies – anticipated to begin March-June, 2016
