I shared that frustration when the 9-12 months approached and then passed, but noticed that at about the same stage the "2nd generation Rover" was being mentioned in MX1 notices/updates with a much stronger x-ray output.
I suspect once potential customers became aware of a new and improved version, no-one wanted to purchase the outdated technology. That has caused pretty siginificant delays obviously, but i find it hard to believe they had hundreds/thousands of the old version built anyway, so as long as they didn't blow millions on producing the older version while touting the new and improved version, I'm ok.
The extended timeframe hasn't been a fun journey for the last 20 months, but I think the next 20 months will be the complete opposite.
