After the collapse of KSC they had to re-open that "Mini-Tabang" at Cessnock. Now they are testing different qualities of bituminous coal fines from South Africa, Australia, the US + a many other subbituminous coal fines from the rest of the world. It´s obvious that Cessnock is a bottleneck with regard to tooling times and operating data logging. That caused some delay for the PSD permitting process in the US. If they have been able to provide emisson data from Tabang the permitting process US could have been finalized already, IMO. Please put that issue on the bill for Bayan as well, Mr. Flannery.
