Wow, how highly rated a personal attack can be, maybe this is actually personal attack forum with very little to do with shares.

Anyway back to what I assume is the purpose of HC to discuss shares ?

I did my own research and found out the payments from Vale are options to acquire(so no cash guaranteed) so worst case cash backing without dilution is ATM $12mil.

Be careful holders this could go below 1c as the Chinese stock pile iron ore (see RIO share price) and Europe drags us into a global recession (Europe is Chinas biggest export market) and the resultant effect on the Copper price and start up copper projects like AVB.
