The CAs have been estimated by people on this forum to be less than $ 100,000 to "someone has suggested up to $ 3 billion. No body at this time knows the outcome.
Perhaps a "realistic evaluation" by an independent party based on historical precedent (not AMP or CAs) to the court would fix the problem.
In any event, if, as suggested by The Australian two days ago "Collimate will definitely be sold prior to listing" the issue resolves itself (no court approval required)
