Details should be in the demerger plan in regards to cash, assets and liabilities.
If not satisfied with the plan, the court may want to see agreement between Amp and Collimate to show each company is collectively responsible for all liabilities including settlement for class actions.
Maybe delay with paper works but nothing substantial and unfixable.
