Whatever is said the absolute indisputable fact remains that the contracts contained the ability to adjust valuations based on the prevailing market situation.
I'll say it again: BOLR contracts gave AMP a unilateral right to vary. There is simply no case.
The ex AMP Planners and paid downrampers who have spent years on HotCopper using multiple profiles are wasting their time and should focus on building a sustainable business.
