Its operational cost is too high. Its revenue needs to be high enough to leverage its operational cost otherwise it is losing money. Therefore I kind of agree with what the new CEO is doing: cutting the cost to find a balance between the revenue and the cost. Hopefully appen can reach that point before it’s too late.
