I considered getting into this. But then read an article from someplace which basically said that when considering funds such as these (no mention of any specific funds) that one should consider the exchange rate and possible valueations of the property and the resident ecomony.

Then realised I didn't know enough, have stayed away since. But that yeild, that's great....
