yes, sellers still high.
But looking at it from atechnical perspective, we have:
1. RSI @ 18 oversold
2. Momentum is ticking up
3. negative momentum is decreasing on the candles, looks like today may form a doji which may signal a reversal in the downtrend.
4. Stoch is also at pversold levels.
