I agree makattack, listing rule 3.10A only applies when the securities are coming out of the escrow period. Or when you do the right thing....lol
This is what happened back in Jan last year:
MFS Ltd announced this morning that two companies it is associated
with have sold 23m securities of Babcock & Brown Communities
Group (BBC). BBC said the stake was subject to voluntary escrow
and had been sold on the market. MFS still in a trading halt......
