Absolute, complete rubbish. It's not a zero-sum game.

People can upskill, start a business, create wealth through innovation, removate a property, all sorts of things.

None of that costs anyone else anything.

The only organisation that creates nothing and owns nothing except what it confiscates off it's citizens and it's businesses, is the government.
