Disagree with your yield calc. Divi will be a lot lower in FY14 given the outlook indicates a lower profit.
I reckon the divi will only be about 7-8c in FY14 so only about a 4% yield. That said at the current price you get a 4% yield on the final divi payable in 40 days time.
