don't know but somebody suggested people thinking tap got too much debt and still trouble with production??..me i don't think there's much wrong with tap although sp has been treading water for a few weeks now and circumnavigating 60 round and round and round...but i'm keeping a close watch so as not to miss that spike which may happen any day now...cue although in another price bracket has been behaving similarly and also worth a close watch and maybe stocking up if you haven't already....could go anytime as well from a low of 10.5...meanwhile oilers and gasers bargain buying time is continuing but may not last for much longer.....cheerioh, down the usdollar, up the poo...:-)
