what's wrong with tempo?

I guess sometimes with stocks the price tells the story... Don't get me wrong, I love buying stocks that have been beaten down unfairly and I've bought my fair share of these (AMP, QBE, ALL, BRZ, ADZ etc etc) but I also get nervous when a stock starts acting funny like TEM has.

Call it a gut feel if you like + falling price gets me nervous. I actually was going to buy into TEM earlier this year but at the moment who knows what's going to happen.

Good business, possibly management getting lazy... takeover situation in the future?

For a better recovery story I would look at ADZ even from these levels.
