for me the operating cash flows in the last financials tell the story. Check my post after they were relased.
Not sure about management getting lazy, just having trouble bedding down the acquisitions and driving the performance they paid plenty of goodwill for out of them.
Until investors see proof of this strategy in real cash flow terms I think they will be continue to struggle. Not that the 'accounting irregularities' tag from the attempted early recognition of revenue has aided their market perception any!
