whats wrong with this picture, page-31

this has turned into an interesting thread. A quick response to a couple of posters.

emark, to date this has been a funny old correction. usually (for example last august) speccies like RCH and others wear it in the neck more than the blue chips. until the last couple of days this selloff has been very orderly and Australian mining specs generally haven't done too badly. My fear is however widespread panic is about to set in nothing will be spared.

snacks, i know what you mean by opportunities may arise shortly. I last went 100% out of the market for the worst days of the August sell off. I did not know how long I would be out for but on that remarkable day of august 17th when the market suddenly turned in the afternoon after a vicious morning sell off I went in boots and all and made a killing. I have several scenarios in mind this time and will not be afraid to act swiftly if I think the time is right.
