desire, Your second point 2 minutes before my reply is relevent also - the company hasn't yet sold the story at all.
EUROZ put out a 75c price and analyst paper on RRL recently. But a road show or two wont hurt in the coming months.
Management are probably waiting for resolution to my above point number 1 before doing all this.
