Just hard to know what they actually have until it is mined. So a geology problem.
Most successful gold mining is open pit lower grade deposits, easy, cheap and fairly easy to reach a jorc compliant resource.
If you are half wise ignore high grade undergound mining, worthless atm.
Only ignorant speculators chase grades.
bendigo for eg had a drill result 4700g/t but it hardly budged there average grade. For every high grade hit they may get a few hundred tonnes of nothing.
