It is a well-known fact that the average valuation of peer groups vary between exchanges like TSX, AIM, JSX and ASX. Just to give you an idea what I mean:

- From a Australian perspective South Africa involves solvereign risk that may affect the valuation compared to local projects.

- Local brokers are more focused on local projects rather than those to exotic and more riskier counties. Consequently, oversea projects are less covered by recommendations.

- As a Southafrican company NKP may receive local media attention but SA investors may have difficult or restricted access to invest at ASX.

- From a American or European perspective, the ASX is definately less attractive and less accessable than e.g. the TSX. Just look at Centamin and see why they want to get delisted from ASX.
