From what I understand of the notes, Unless waived by JGB, the the share price must be above 10c for the prior 10 trading days before issue, for cm8 to be able to redeem shares.
So I'm really not sure what is going on here Sharks. They should have ample cash for the next two quarters, unless they have blown it.
All very interesting anyway. Would think that if this is the case there would be solid support here
