It is just an impression from having watched PDN both here and in Canada for the last 4 years. Sometimes the TSX move is reflected here the next day, but more often, it seems to be the other way around.
Probably totally independent of each other in reality! ;)
Currently up 8 cents in Canada, and after the gap down here yesterday, I'd expect PDN to bounce here today.
