I don't understand averaging down. I sold all my CTR for 0.002 and bought SXY with the remaining funds. So far I am 120% better off my theory is if oil goes up just another $10 per barrel there's a lot of oil juniors that could increase 50-100%. Can you say the same for CTR?

Let's just hope CTR does get going again for all the holders best of luck. If I wanted to go to the casino I would go, much more enjoyable, less research needed.
