    sounds easy doc! i normally leave the mornay to the missus but will give that a go next weekend.

    quick micro job i like:shell the tail and cut flesh to flatten.

    cover in cheese, onoin,tomato and sprinkle a teaspoon of curry powder over top salt pepper oppt.

    zap 5min on high give it a go..
