a) Shriro has worked with Casio for DECADES and has done an outstanding job for them. Sure there is no contract, but its unlikely Casio will just walk away. Remember Oroton had a contract with Ralph Lauren - until they didn't. The lack of contract is most likely optics: will some people refrain from buying shares because of this: sure.
b) Blanco was moved to Bunnings. This was to make way for the Neil Perry range - which is more profitable. So it made sense to reposition Blanco distribution
SHM is cheap and pays a whopping dividend. But DON'T expect massive growth in the upcoming results. A lot of money got expensed to pay for the Heston roll-out. Expect a little growth now, but the bigger growth to come over the next few years. If all this pans out, we should get a PE re-rate and EPS uplift.
