...yep can't be legalised....it's like giving someone a choice of 3 revolvers to play Russian roulette with two fully loaded and one with a single empty chamber...who's going to play that game if they think about the odds? ..shortages of other preferred drugs often draw people into trying something that normally they're wary of too..
