One would have to be simply mad or a fool to invest in a company that is nothing but empty pipe dreams over and over. Announcement after announcement yet has anyone seen results... Where is the money going you ask? R & D there has been none!
Look at the company annual report, It appears year after year like it has been cut and paste with dates changed. I would delighted to hear from an actual investor not part of the corporation that has actually made money on this stock!
