The original bridge financing announced for the Blackwater acquisition had a clause that would have prevented dividend payments while the bridge financing was outstanding. I did not see anything in the recent replacement bridge financing announcement that mentions any restrictions on dividends. Has anybody seen anything definitive on whether or not WHC will continue or be able to continue paying dividends? The next dividend announcement would be February. Hard to see that the share price would not be substantially impacted in February if the dividend were suspended, even if it was announced as a temporary suspension to help fund the Black water acquisition.
