Fair comment @AndyLaDD90 , however whilst it's been rigorously debated here as to the cost and terms of the acquisition being good for shareholders, bonuses paid on the success of the acquisition going forward are premature in my view, especially when the date for finalisation of the deal's been set for 9 months hence.

I feel any further incentives reflecting the anticipated success of the acquisition / expansion into BHP territory need to do just that!
REFLECT success, rather than in this case anticipate it. Not saying Paul and Co aren't worth handsome reimbursement, but nobody reigns in potential greed creep better than shareholders having a say.

So on the matter of the Remuneration and altered Incentive Scheme I have voted accordingly.
