Agree wholeheartedly, whilst it may be normal practice in todays World ive never understood why bonuses/ incentives are paid full stop. Sure renumeration for management should be attractive but with that renumeration my expectation is that they do their job to the best of their ability because thats exactly what they are getting paid to do
