Seems nobody believes the figures coming from USDA reports. Friday night wheat leapt 9.1%, corn 6.0%, sugar 4.6%. Can't find latest cotton price but was very high when i last looked. Clearly there is now a fear food supplies will be insufficient and prices are responding fast. ASX does have some stks with direct exposure to these soft commodities.
