Australia doesn't operate like the US where you can literally suck you neighbour's field dry before he even knows it. If you don't know and want to know about it I suggest you research it. If you know a lot about it I suggest you share it with us rather than waste your time writing riddles. If you are just baiting I wish you a good weekend.
I am certainly not going to add more on field unitisation as it is not an area I have expertise. I just know it is the general practice in Australia amongst other places.
