Its pretty obvious MS & Co are trying their best to get the best deals out of all this complicated situation.
I don't doubt MS's ability to negotiate deals, however MS should know that the sp will never trade at the next level unless we have ink on paper to confirm the deals!
Yet, all we keep getting fed is the potential of the deals. How long can this go on?
My only hope is that "C" gets signed off as soon as possible so that I (and many here) gets a sigh of relieve. With that done, I have no problem as to how long A or B or refinery takes! Just give us something concrete please....
With so much wheeling & dealing going on, would CVI lose focus and not get anything in the end? At the rate this is going, CVI could end up being a big conglomerate?
