Misty,please de mystify this ...what would you call a PM going to an election saying "there will be no carbon tax under any government I lead" (having said to Bob Brown..don't worry Bob,when we get in we'll change everything)and then a few short months later,trying to introduce a carbon tax.????
- all that after having advised the previous incumbent Prime Minister ,who was tossed out on the nightcart,not to go ahead with a carbon tax.
I suppose you'd call that person "switched on" or something ?
