(IMHO):
an ASIC lodgment is not a 100% gaurantee that what is lodged will follow through to becoming official (see horn energy name change, and EGM notice that was ammended) nor does it mean that what is lodged will happen anytime in the near future (again see Horn energy name change). It is however a pretty strong indicator that they do plan to go through the 20:1 at some stage in the future (I recall there being talk of 20:1 being an optionif required, not neccesarily definitely happening...)
