    IMHO Its Probably going to be another 4 weeks for the Chinese Government to approve WAPRC (Shanghai) as international investor. then a further week for transfer of funds-- So my guess approximately 5 weeks to go..

    Above based on what's already been stated
    And on the assumption ASX will not allow relisting until funds are Proved-
    (Proved = In Australian Bank account - Not in a Chinese one)

    As a foot note I would be expecting "ANS" to CALL EGM soon-
    None of this can happen without ANS Shareholder approval.
