    Your post supports the arguments that current SDL is undervalued. Yes, you are right that ANS buys SDL at a cheap price (below SDL book value of equity). Your arguments support the conjecture that since the SDL share price is presently undervalued, the acquisition of ANS may drive up the SDL share price after the trading halt is lifted. Lol.
