I dont think the military can have any legitimate claim for the coup when they have charged Suu Ki for "importing and using walkie talkies".
if there were legitimate concerns/evidence about the election then surely she would have been charged with those crimes.
With this news there is no other way to spin it apart from the military not being pleased with the direction of the legitimate government (for whatever reason) and wanting to change that direction.
Im not saying that the end result is necessarily bad for MYL (the military may be willing to expedite the project to keep the economy going) but it does increase the risk (particularly of the unknown), AND there is no spinning it that it is a bad result for the Myanmar people and their democratic rights.
