There is no certainty that we will get an announcement at all today or even this week.

The suspension request reads "The company aims to provide an update by 17 February".

Key words "aims". They will aim not, but may not be able to. It doesn't read the company "will" provide an update by 17 February.

At end of the day none of us are on the ground in Myanmar. Clearly the situation over there isn't ideal, but I would try not to read into any news articles too much. Especially from the likes of the ABC. It's all a business for news companies, the more dramatic it reads, the more clicks and views they get to produce their revenue.
