no, sadly, becaz most wars are based on greed and envy. Someone got too much land, or too much oil etc. The second world war if one can believe was started becaz one nation were too intelligent. Hitler in his psycotic thoughts decided the Germans must obliterate the Jews because they were too intelligent as do all the Arab nations now.
