It couldn't affect the share price while their is a trading halt in place as long as the an accurately informed announcement comes out before it's lifted.
Prima need to announce ASAP now!
I emailed MR this morning to ask for a chat and he replied that he would get back to me today time permitting. No doubt his bio-phone will be red hot. I believe he will get back if he can. I'll be happy with an announcement.
