Just a thought - I used to work for a publicly listed company and there are rules as to WHEN staff and directors can buy shares in their own company - hence since all the good news of late the directors may not be allowed to buy shares in GGP. From memory it is within 6 weeks of a Annual or Six Monthly Report, which may mean the next opportunity for director buying is not until January/February 2012. Just my thoughts - I may be wrong here?
